The Saluda's team is growing, and we are now looking to hire a full time bar manager! This position oversees the day to day operations of the bar, while coordinating with the General Manager to ensure all standards are being met.
Typical responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Daily setup of the bar, ensuring that there are enough garnishes, juices, and syrups prepared for service
- Serving bar guests in a professional, welcoming manner with a fine-dining approach
- Upholding the standards & expectations of the Saluda's bar program by generating consistent cocktails, creating new & seasonal menu offerings, and offering solutions to any issues that arise
- Maintaining a clean & well-organized bar at all times
- Working as a team with other bartenders on high-volume nights
