Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency. Duties:

- Manage and supervise all bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks

- Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Train new staff members on bar procedures, drink recipes, and customer service standards

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for special events or catering

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations

- Proven track record in managing a high-volume bar operation

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to effectively communicate with staff members, customers, and vendors

- Experience in shift management and creating work schedules

- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service

- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and catering services is a plus
