Banquet Set-up

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team as a Banquet Set-up. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up banquet and event spaces to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet and event spaces according to the specifications provided
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and ready for use
- Assist with food handling and presentation as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Provide exceptional guest service by promptly addressing any requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of events
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of banquet set-up procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with the food industry and culinary practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
