- Under the supervision of Bank Applications Specialists, review and analyze for informational adequacy and legal and supervisory sufficiency non-complex bank regulatory applications received from banking institutions in connection with, for example, the establishment of domestic branches;
- Assist Bank Applications Specialists in entering, distributing, and filing applications electronically in our Document Management System;
- Monitor deadlines of Bank Applications and draft and prepare correspondence related to Bank Applications to filers and agencies;
- Detailed recordkeeping of Bank Applications in multiple databases;
- Prepare and monitor various lists and reports related to Bank Applications;
- Participate in special projects relating to risk management, Bank Applications procedures, administrative processes, and technology development.
- General administrative and clerical duties, such as copying, shredding, scanning, filing, processing incoming mail electronically or hard copy; answering telephones, scheduling meetings, and ordering supplies; and making travel arrangements and preparing travel expense reports; and
- Assist in the maintenance of the Function’s Bank’s intranet site.
