The Kitchen Director has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Restaurant Kitchen Director,
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
Kitchen Director is generally offered as a full-time restaurant job
The right candidate will have casual dining restaurant experience and a proven track record in leadership and facilities management.
Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager is very helpful to your success at this job
