Aston Carter is currently partnering with a premier client, whos products can be found in the aerospace, wind energy, marine, automotive & solar energy industries, to support with hiring for a Business to Business Customer Support Representative. We are currently interviewing professional communicators and problem solvers who will join their team in providing best-in-class customer service!
This position will be looking to start before the holidays & new year!
Description:
- Communicate with internal and external customers by email and phone to resolve customer inquiries and Sales Orders. Sets clear expectations by providing accurate information and transparent communication.
- Works with team members to ensure all pieces of order are present. Edits orders received for price and nomenclature.
- Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and additional information needed.
- Records or files copy of orders received according to expected delivery date.
- Enters orders into JDE.
- Multitasks between multiple tools and systems (knowledge base, team meetings, supervisor) and applies information and knowledge to customer situations.
- Manages customer account records by updating information.
- Provides phone support for incoming calls.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with JDE (JD Edwards ERP)
- 2+ years of B2B Customer Support/ Sales Support
