Scope:
- Communicate with our internal and external customers using various channels.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Help to resolve issues or provide information as needed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of previous comparative work experience
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently.
- Superior Computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Previous SAP Business One experience Preferred.
- Experience using Freshdesk a plus.
- Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- A critical thinker who is not afraid to contribute to the process of improvement.
- Highly dependable and organized.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
