Customer Support Representative

Cleanslate is actively recruiting a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support Team. We are a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions to the institutional, commercial, and retail markets since 2004. Our focuses include manufacturing and distribution of products as well as service and training for our customers. Scope:

• Communicate with our internal and external customers using various channels.
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Help to resolve issues or provide information as needed.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of previous comparative work experience
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently.
• Superior Computer skills including Microsoft Suite
• Previous SAP Business One experience Preferred.
• Experience using Freshdesk a plus.
• Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• A critical thinker who is not afraid to contribute to the process of improvement.
• Highly dependable and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
