Port City Air (PCA) is a full service and multi-faceted aviation service company located in the Pease Tradeport with operations running 24/7.
POSITION SCOPE
In this full-time Aviation Night auditor role, you will work closely with the company's customer Service Representatives and billing coordinator to ensure invoicing is accurate and accounts are reconciled at the end of the night. You will update customer accounts, as well as providing professional and courteous service to flight crews and passengers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport, hotel and restaurant advice.
- Coordinate aircraft services with Line staff.
- Reserve rooms and car rentals for guests as needed.
- Answer phones and email
- Create invoices for services and/or products provided to customers.
- Process customer payments.
- Perform end-of-day billing tasks
- Nightly reconciliation
- Post charges
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 2 years of night auditor experience a plus
- Basic math and billing/invoicing skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Time Management and multitasking skills
- Ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of TFBO software a plus
- Valid Driver's license
- Must pass the FAA and Homeland Security background checks as well as complete a pre-employment drug screening.
