Automotive Sales Manager
Tasca is looking for a talented Automotive Sales Manager that eneregetically and effectively manages a team of sales people while understanding that the customer is the most important part of our business. You will be responsible for attaining unit sales objectives on a daily, monthly and annual basis by systemtically working with the sales people, other managers, and our cusotmer data base. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily, weekly and monthly goal setting regarding sales objectives of sales team
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with our OEM representatives
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
Works and trains salesforce to confirm sales process and our client's complete satisfaction with their experience at the dealership.
Completes paperwork and collects necessary documentation from clients to complete a retail transaction
Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations
Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of customer service and continual follow up
Works with finance managers with every sale
Works closely with leadership to establish sales department goals and objectives and ensures that they are achieved
Ensures maximum satisfaction with every client
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented team players who are committed and driven to succeed! You must be a people person with strong communication skills.
Prior dealership Sales Manager experience required (minimum 3 years)
Excellent customer service skills
Detail-oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor
Professional appearance and work ethic
Live within a reasonable commuting distance of the dealership
