Automotive Sales Consultant

Hyundai of St. Augustine is one of the fastest growing automotive dealerships in NE Florida. The Hyundai brand is experiencing tremendous growth. To better represent the Hyundai brand and serve our valued guests, Hyundai of St. Augustine has built a brand new, state of the art facility at 1111 Marketplace Drive in Saint Augustine.

We are looking to add to our already amazing team of exceptional Automotive Sales Consultants. But we aren't looking for just anyone, we are looking for team players that are willing to learn and grow with each other.

This includes incorporating video into the sales process and is a requirement of the position.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and drive sales
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget
- Conduct test drives with potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of the vehicles
- Work with management to provide vehicle proposals both online and in person with valued guests
- Work with management and other sales team members to provide a relaxed, timely sales process with exceeding customer expectations as the number one goal
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technology, market trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience in car sales , Hyundai knowledge a plus but not required

- Comfortable with posting to Social Media channels, current follower count over 1,000 is a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including different car models, features, and financing options
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive buying experience
- Comfortable using video in the sales process
