Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Consultant at Hanna Cars, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing superior guest treatment by welcoming and managing customers
- Consistently following the greeting process, distributing Why Buy Here Brochures, and seamlessly transitioning to Needs Assessment for every customer
- Presenting vehicles in accordance with Hanna Cars' standards, including thorough demonstrations and facility tours
- Updating the CRM with a daily work plan, ensuring all pending transactions and prospecting contacts are up-to-date
- Conducting a minimum of 10 Quality Conversations a day using the ATN manual for strategy and process guidance
- Ensuring no customer leaves the dealership without direction from the sales manager
- Generating a daily to-do list for follow-up items based on the Desk Log, CRM Lead report, Finance Department follow-up, and tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
- Participating actively in the morning sales meeting and huddle meetings
- Closing sales using policies outlined in the Hanna Cars employee handbook, with guidance from the Desk Manager
- Engaging in daily role play and sales process training to enhance sales techniques
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in an automotive finance department
- Working knowledge of automotive CRM systems, inventory management software, and website applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to navigate through multiple windows and software systems
- 10-key experience is preferred
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively with customers and employees
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions, problem-solving in standardized situations
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and effectively communicate with others
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
- Desk-based work in an office setting with occasional client interactions

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
