We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly professional Automotive Sales Associates to join our Honda dealership located in the Avenues, Jacksonville, Florida. This is an individual contributor role and is a full-time, salaried/commissioned position. The successful individual will be responsible for courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism when interacting with customers, providing sales consultation services, presenting and test driving vehicle options, and closing deals. An attractive compensation package will be provided, based on performance.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive base salary in the range of $1500-$4000, paid biweekly, will be offered to the successful candidate. Additional performance-based incentives will also be available.

Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers through the sales process.
- Explain and answer questions pertaining to the features, equipment and operation of Honda vehicles.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide informed product recommendation.
- Maintain a solid understanding of vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing.
- Test drive vehicles and showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and goals assigned by management.
- Responsible for customer follow up by staying in regular contact with customers.
- Prospecting potential clients and expanding customer base.
- Track and record all sales activities and document customer details for efficient reference.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least two years successful experience in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An enthusiasm for customer service with a friendly, courteous demeanor
- A thorough understanding of how to close sales in a competitive marketplace
- Computer literacy, with proficient use of MS Office applications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
