Responsibilities

DAILY SNAPSHOT

  • Take the lead on company-driven and personal leads for customers interested in leasing a vehicle. Provide exceptional first point-of-customer service by utilizing your knowledge of our products to provide customers with solutions.
  • Connect with our customers empathetically and navigate appointments, complete applications, receive credit approval, close deals and drive sales.
  • Proactively engage throughout all aspects of the sales process by maintaining relationships and analyzing customer needs.
  • Develop strategies through close collaboration with your leader to identify market impact and ways to increase our business growth.
  • Keep client appointment information updated in our CRM tool.
  • Keep a pulse on customer questions and ensure you consistently strive to exceed our minimum expectations and look for business development opportunities.

 

Qualifications

THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • You have at least a High School Diploma (some college preferred!) with at least a year of customer service or sales experience.
  • You must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work Saturdays.
  • You're constantly providing a "WOW" customer experience by going the extra mile.
  • You are team-oriented, empathetic and are able to relate to the situation of others.
  • You're accountable and build trust through responsible actions and honest relationships.
  • You're an exceptional communicator with a genuine demeanor ready to make a positive impact.
  • You set aggressive goals that are achievable then focus on exceeding them.
  • You have strong organizational skills and an extreme attention to detail.
  • You ask questions and raise any concerns sooner rather than later.
