SalaryThe Account Maintenance Associate works as an essential part of the Service, Trading, & Operations team. The most important functions of the Account Maintenance Associate are to provide support to the Account Maintenance team through timely/accurate delivery of any client requests and to assist in the verification/completion of all pending work assigned to the team.
Buckingham provides associates the opportunity to work a hybrid model. Teams are typically in the office 2 days per week and have the ability to work from home 3 days per week.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team members to monitor and provide status updates on Salesforce cases.
- Follows-up on pending maintenance cases with our partner custodians and assists with the resolution of NIGOs.
- Assists with the custodian alerts for the Account Maintenance team.
- Helps maintain Envestnet platform due to account, client, billing, and advisor updates.
- Manages the Account Maintenance team inbox to ensure work is delegated to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
- Creates all TAS accounts through the ByAllAccounts website.
- Requests form updates in the Envestnet library when new custodian forms are released.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Client service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exceptional problem resolution skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player – must strive to be a collaborative, valued member of the team.
