Automotive Payroll Clerk

Echelon Ford is looking for a Payroll Clerk. We are proud to say we have been a premier Ford dealer in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area for 47 years. Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll
• Work with outside payroll company on any inquiries
• Oversee HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
• Develop and maintain employee onboarding processes including issuing user names, passwords, emails etc.
• Employee timeclock administration
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll
• Reconcile and post weekly payroll
• Reconcile and post all benefits invoices
• Maintain accurate records of employee data such as attendance, leave, and payroll information
• Maintain employee orientation process
• Maintains strict confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
