Physicians’ Practice Enhancement, LLC, located in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a full-time Payroll Clerk to work on-site in their Red Bank office. The position is Monday-Friday and pays competitively.
Responsibilities:
- Input payroll information into ADP system
- Process bi-weekly payroll for staff, as well as monthly payroll for clinicians
- Review payroll information for accuracy
- Coordinate with HR Department payroll changes (i.e. new hires, terminations, etc.)
- Enter payroll data into general ledger system
- Produce invoices for external payroll clients
- Bank reconciliations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree is Accounting/Business preferred.
- At least 5 years recent experience as Payroll Clerk
- Familiar with general accounting principles
- Highly organized and well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of payroll information in accordance with practice, State and Federal regulations
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Able to work well with others
- Able to work independently
