- Work Directly with the Parts Director and Assist with Daily Operations of the 7-OEM Brand Parts Department (Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Brand, Isuzu Truck)
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring the current parts inventory
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with service managers, advisors, and/or technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
- Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior parts management experience in a dealership preferred
- Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and/or Isuzu experience Preferred
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds a Plus
- Management and Parts inventory experience is required
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
