Kenny Ross is currently seeking an Experienced Parts Manager at our Ford Adamsburg location.
Qualifications include but not limited to:
- Experience with automotive dealerships
- Wholesale experience
- Knowledge of manufacturer programs
- Ability and willingness to work in a structured, multi-unit environment and adhere to standard operating procedures and processes.
- Strong analytical and coordination capabilities; capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Computer literate.
- Highly effective leadership skills, including above-average communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continued learning
- Responsible for supervising parts counter persons and parts delivery drivers
- Working daily with various departments to ensure proper customer service
- Check invoices from vendors for proper billing
- Assist counterpersons on counters, answering calls and walk in customers
- Visit outside shops for business opportunities and collect payments from credit customers
- Keep and active eye on inventory, employees and overall activity in parts department
- Hold daily meetings with parts and service personnel
- Maintain certification with dealership and counterpersons
- Manage inventory
- Must be familiar with all factory rebate and/or discount programs to ensure that they are being fully utilized.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
