Are you an experienced General Manager Automotive (MULTIPLE STORES) looking for the opportunity to lead and grow a group of dealerships located in the Central PA market! The group owns both domestic and import franchises, and you will have the operational responsibility over each rooftop. You will be responsible for P & L as well as guiding and coordinating the activities of the entire leadership team and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the management team
- Direct report to ownership
- Evaluate the staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Controller to ensure compliance and optimal reporting
- Track monthly performance and trends for business forecasting for both rootop and aggregate results
- Maintain expected perfomance levels trhough positive reinforcement and accountability
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mutli-store operator, COO or GM
- A positive, proactive attitude toward others
- Demonstrated, effective leadership sklills such as effective communication and personnel/leadership development
- Working knowledge of financial statements
- Organization and review of daily reporting & schedules
- Expense management expertise
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Efficient time management skills
