The AB (Asset-Based) Portfolio Specialist manages a portfolio of asset-based structured loans in a variety of industries. The AB Portfolio Specialist is responsible for actively monitoring financial and collateral trends and recommending appropriate action. Responsibilities also include reviewing requests for loan modifications, analyzing financial performance, negotiating terms, drafting proposals, reviewing documents, and preparing recommendations for approval. The AB Portfolio Specialist is an active member of the client team and interfaces directly with the client and participates in building the client relationship. Generally capable of handling the least sensitive accounts.

• 5 + Years’ experience in asset-based lending, cash flow lending, and or

relationship management

• Sound understanding of Commercial credit, transaction structuring and

financial and collateral analysis

• Detailed understanding of legal documentation

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor or Master’s degree
