A local automotive dealership in the Savannah area is in search of an Automotive Service Leader to manage the efficient and profitable operation of our Service Department. Ideal applicants will have excellent managerial/leadership skills and experience achieving profitability and high levels of customer/employee satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities - Automotive Dealership Service Leader:
- Manage an efficient and profitable High-Volume Automotive Dealership Service Department
- Hire and manage automotive technicians, service advisors, and support personnel
- Oversee employee training and development
- Develop action plans to improve performance and increase customer loyalty
and CSI - Set and obtain sales objectives and control costs
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and a safe working environment
Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Leader:
- Automotive Service Manager experience with record of success in leading and managing a team to meet and/or exceed goals
- Financial and business acumen and the ability to increase revenue and profits
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work an extended hours schedule, including weekends.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
