Osborne Chevrolet is seeking a qualified Service Drive Manager who will oversee the Service Advisors and ensure that customers receive great service. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Auto Service.

Service Drive Manager - Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that customers are greeted promptly, given fair estimates of costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing the repair order processes, and production of Service Advisors to maintain proper function of the service department.
- Ensuring that productive communication between company personnel and customers is performed in a timely manner, in order to maintain accurate documenting and to ensure that procedures are followed.
- Communicating with customers
- Overseeing adjustments on warranties for new and used vehicles
- Maintaining current product knowledge.
Service Drive Manager - Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Auto Service.
- Automotive Dealership Experience
- ADP/CDK is a plus!
- Organized and friendly personality
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience
- Warranty processing knowledge
