We are currently seeking to fill a Head Auto Mechanic Position. Looking for a person who can take charge and make the shop their own. This is truly an opportunity for someone to run a established 3 bay shop. We have a 55-year customer base for the person to build off of. For the Lead Mechanic we will develop structured incentive programs with monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance. Run the shop like it's our own and be rewarded for it!

Auto Mechanic Responsibilities:
-Maintaining ITS fleet vehicles
-Brakes
-Alignment
- All Frontend components
-Drivetrain
-Suspension Components
-Lift Kits, Leveling Kits
-Preventive maintenance
-Effectively communicating with supervisors
-Repairing and Maintaining companies service vehicles
Qualifications:
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Extensive Automotive experience
-Work independently
-Must be able to move and lift 50lbs +
-Attention to detail when performing tasks
-Communicate with customers and personnel

$35-$45/hr DOE plus shop bonuses if performance is being met.
Training and tuition assistance/reimbursement opportunities
Also looking for Alignment Tech, Basic Automotive Tech Wage varies based on experience $23-$35/hr
