Auto Maintenance Mechanic

THE BASICS:

This position earns a competitive wage ranging from $19 - $21 per hour!

This position offers a consistent schedule, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a stable work-life balance.

YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE THIS:

Your day begins with vehicle lube, oil, and filter services to ensure the optimal performance of our customers' vehicles. Your meticulous attention to detail guarantees that each vehicle runs smoothly. You will conduct thorough maintenance inspections to identify and communicate potential issues to customers professionally and transparently. Throughout the day, you will perform various vehicle maintenance tasks, including fluid flushes, belt replacements, and other essential services, contributing to the safety and reliability of the vehicles we serve. Each day at Rocket Auto Repair is an opportunity to provide our customers with expert automotive care.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• At least 6 months of verifiable shop experience in a related role
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary

Completion of a related vocational program and ASE Auto Maintenance and light repair (G1) certification is preferred but not required.
