How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests seek professionalism, honesty, and credibility. As an Apprentice or Express Technician/Mechanic, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for delivering elevated hospitality by ensuring par excellence of our vehicles. Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
