It’s a process-oriented position that requires good inter-office communication skills. Ideal applicants will have a strong background in accounting and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities - Billing Clerk:
Process automotive billing deals for the accounting office- Reconcile New and Used schedules
- Reconcile We Owe schedule
- Verify deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-ins
- Post all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's DMS
- Verify accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place
- Communicate with Finance Sales staff to assure deals are turned in and processed in a timely manner
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Billing Clerk:
Billing/accounting experience is required- Automotive experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to analyze and research information is required
- Detail oriented and organized
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Team participant
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
