Description
Auditor must possess strong time management and analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid communication abilities.
Responsibilities

• Prepare daily convenience store and carwash audits using various POS systems
• Prepare reconciliations as assigned
• Assists with the month-end closing process, conducting research, and correcting PDI entries.
• Utilizes accounting system, web sites and spreadsheets
• Ability to send clear, concise emails

Qualifications

• Must be skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
• Must be skilled in conducting research for variances.
• Previous experience using accounting software a plus (PDI).
• Must be moderately skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets.
• Must have very good communication skills.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
• Must know how to use a calculator (10 key)

Experience:

• Auditing: 1 year (Required)
• Excel: 2 years (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
