We seek a talented and innovative associate with at least three years of experience in Real Estate Transactions to join our Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice. Our unique approach to professional services involves a combination of legal and strategic business services. With a team of lawyers, land use planners, Real Estate brokers, and business strategy consultants, we help our clients navigate complex matters involving financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, affordable housing, leasing, public/private transactions, debt and equity finance, hospitality, construction, design, and loan restructurings. Our Real Estate Transactions & Finance team works collaboratively across offices and practices and engages in various transactions across various industry sectors.
The successful candidate will have broad experience in Real Estate Transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts. They should have experience negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements, and other Real Estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, research, and communication skills, be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, have a team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration, possess effective problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and proactively with confidence. They must also be a member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they plan to practice.

Salary: $230,000.00 - $305,000.00 per year
