1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are a large facility management company located in Smithtown, NY

Our company is a leader in the retail construction, facility maintenance, and project management industries.

We are currently seeking experienced responsible applicants for a Full Time position in our Customer Service department

Available shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE - Full Time and Part Time hours available

Monday Through Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm

Monday Through Friday 9am to 6pm

Monday Through Friday 10am to 7pm

Monday Through Friday 11am to 8pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answering high volume of incoming calls and emails
• Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
• Running reports
• Following up on all service requests
• Data entry
• Processing purchase orders, etc.

Applicants must have a strong background in Customer Service, computing skills (including Microsoft Office programs and tools), and be a dependable team-player.
