Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and working on all aspects of criminal and family law cases.
Duties:

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Draft legal documents and contracts
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Handle all aspects of litigation

Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in legal research using tools like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Ability to litigate effectively
• Excellent legal writing skills
• Knowledge of Legal administrative tasks
• Experience in Legal drafting
• efiling familiarity
• knowledge of family law and criminal law.

This position requires a candidate with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law. Prior experience working as an Attorney is preferred. Drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
Salary will be reviewed after 6 months.
