We are a busy, prestigious general practice law firm on the North Shore seeking an Estate Administration / Estate Planning Attorney with approximately 3 to 5 years' experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity with a partnership track.
Responsibilities include: preparing fiduciary and estate tax returns and accounts, consulting with clients, formulating estate plans, drafting Estate Planning documents, and administration of estates and trusts.
An ideal candidate will have strong communication and time management skills and will be highly knowledgeable in the areas of income and estate taxation. LLM or CPA preferred.
