Trial Attorney (Hybrid)

Description:

Join a team dedicated to delivering peace of mind to injury victims by preventing insurance companies and their lawyers from bullying them while we help them recover from their emotional, physical, and financial losses.
Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare cases for trial from intake through discovery
• Obtain and analyze evidence and secure expert opinions
• Negotiate settlements
• Draft and review pleadings, conduct discovery, conduct and defend depositions, attend court conferences, prepare for, and appear in, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Work with Case Managers to manage your caseload

Qualifications:

• Significant litigation and trial experience
• Ability to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate compassionate and empathic customer service skills
• Member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
