Growing Nassau County based creditors' rights & collection law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3-5 years experience to represent banks, landlords and related creditors in downstate NY. Attorney will be involved in all phases of litigation, including daily court appearances, research & motion practice and trials. Attorney must have NY bar admission. NJ bar admission helpful.Experience:
- Civil Litigation: 3 years (Required)
- Creditors' Rights: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- New York Bar admission (Required)
