Duties:
Maintain accurate attendance records for students
- Enter attendance data into computerized system
- File and organize attendance documents
- Assist with maintaining student records and updating information as needed
- Provide support to teachers and administrators regarding attendance-related inquiries
- Transcribe notes from meetings or phone calls as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of computerized attendance systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
