Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses, including payroll processing
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
