Job Description:
Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045
Pay: $13-20 per hour
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate juicing & cooking equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed, ensuring freshness and quality in production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper sanitization of equipment and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about ingredients, health benefits, and product offerings.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when replenishment is needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and contribute ideas for menu innovation and customer experience enhancement.
• Uphold company values of exceptional customer service, product quality, and consistency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service or beverage preparation role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Passion for health, wellness, and natural foods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends or evenings as needed.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 60 lbs.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
