Overview
Schedule: Part Time Days
Position Summary: The Associate Research Specialist will assist the research lab of Dr. Joy Gibson, which seeks to optimize antibiotic treatment for bacterial and viral pathogens.
Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of experience performing laboratory research. Knowledge of HPLC and Chemistry training. HPLC knowledge and experience to implement protocols for quantification of the various antibiotics. Prior work on HPLC assay development preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: High School Diploma or GED, plus 4+ years performing laboratory research. Bachelor's degree in a scientific field highly preferred.
Pay Scale Information
$37,232.00-$61,953.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
