Positions may include fulltime, part time, PRN, and temporary contract statuses. Rates vary from $36.00 - $56.00 per hour based on shift, site needs, contract status and experience. Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs can be discussed upon interview.

NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.
Position Description:
- Must have a valid RN license
- Coordinate, structure, implement and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility
- Conduct daily clinical rounds
- Take and document all patient history and vital signs
- Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures and patient assessments
- Assist with examinations and/or treatments
- Assist in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
- Assist with orientation and training activities of clinical personnel
- Observe and review documentation, orders and patient care plans
- Assist with disaster plans and emergency preparation
- Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility
