Associate Product Manager - Data Intelligence Solutions

Summary:
As an Associate Product Manager for Data Intelligence Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product vision for our data-driven solutions. Working under the guidance of senior product management, you will contribute to the development of innovative products that leverage data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver products that empower our customers to make informed decisions, optimize their operations, and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.
Location (Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, Remote):
We have offices in Wilmington, NC and Austin, TX and while some positions are office based, we will also consider remote candidates depending on their time zone.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and implementing the product roadmap and strategy for Data Intelligence Solutions, focusing on data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and senior Product Managers to support the development and delivery of high-quality, customer-centric products.
• Work with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of key product metrics, such as usage, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction, and leverage these insights for product enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in Data Intelligence and apply this knowledge to identify opportunities for new product features and improvements.
• Support sales and marketing teams in developing go-to-market strategies, including product pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Help build and nurture relationships with key customers and partners, gathering feedback to inform product development and roadmap decisions.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Demonstrated understanding of the product development lifecycle, particularly in data-driven product environments.
• Working understanding of SQL and APIs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with a knack for using data to make informed product decisions and advocate for user-centric improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends in data analytics and related technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction in the realm of Data Intelligence Solutions.
