What you will do-
The ambitious professional will manage a critical portfolio supporting the Instruments Franchise. This product portfolio is market leading and contributes significantly to patient care. The roles’ purpose is to be accountable for the overall supply plan signal and its ability to maintain service. Excellent executive level communication, influencing, & partnership skills are fundamental for success within the role.
Present at Franchise Executive Supply Review by communicating the capability of the site/OEM/CM to meet the latest demand signal and the implications, if any, of doing so.
Ensure that the portfolio of products’ supply plan has been financially evaluated and balanced from a supply perspective.
Drive continuous improvement on the core processes within Supply Planning based on defined standards by business model for the franchise and process excellence.
Lead Capacity planning efforts with Suppliers for the short, medium, and long term.
Pro-actively communicate of supply risks and mitigation of back-order issues.
Ensure that KPIs are tracked, communicated and corrective actions taken when deviating and reported back to leadership in time.
Support best practice programs by actively participating, sharing, and adopting best practice learnings as part of simplifying operations within GQO and Stryker
Partner with management and technical teams to solve data integrity issues and implement systemic, strategic solutions.
What you need-
Bachelor's degree- required
6+ years of planning related experience- required
Prior supervisory experience- highly preferred
APCIS certification- preferred
$85,500- $182,100/year salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
