Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Associate Manager, Client Development & CRM based in New York, NY.
The role:
You will embark on a journey to unlock the power of Client Development in achieving sustainable business growth as well as shape and own the USA clienteling journey across our 12 factory stores and authorized retailers. You will be responsible for the execution of the 1-to-1 clienteling plan, other retailer-based communication opportunities leveraging our rich customer database, in-store VIP events, new retail capability project management & training, reporting, and consumer listening activities.
In this strategic role, central to our larger corporate strategy, you will have a chance to partner with Sales, Marketing, Education, and other key internal departments to deliver successful, valuable programs.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where our customers are a top priority and brand competition is fierce, developing relationships and repeat sales from loyal shoppers is crucial to survival and growth – especially in legacy department stores. This role takes ownership of this challenge and comes to life in a variety of diverse and engaging ways.
- Execute the clienteling strategy with department store and factory store sales teams to help drive their business, including in-store VIP events.
- Manage the retail communicationscalendar of our email, SMS, and direct mail initiatives in partnership with our email team and our creative and production team, including writing creative briefs.
- Support the execution of our consumer listening initiatives to draw actionable insights from our internal client database, retailer data, and other third-party sources, including organizing and hosting customer focus group sessions.
- Liaise with teams such as global and local CRM, IT, and other departments on different phases of new capability rollout including UAT, change management as well as sales team rollout and training.
- Analyze and report on all program performance against goals, share learnings & insights, and propose optimization opportunities as well as next steps.
You are:

- Comfortable managing and executing projects across corporate and sales.
You have:
- 2-3 years of full-time experience, ideally in CRM, marketing, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant coursework.
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint skills.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- High energy, positive, & curious personality type – must lead calls, presentations and events with confidence and passion.

Salary: $67,800-$84,700
