PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:
Support Global Marketing in the successful implementation of all Marketing strategies and initiatives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support the development of Global Marketing objectives, strategies and 3-year innovation pipeline, considering strategic fit with brand.
Focus on Product Marketing. Could include Sets, Exclusives and Special deco offerings.
Manage Runway Innovation Portal all cross-category programs: create and update concept/program briefs; input program financials and SKU categorization; manage code creation.
Ownership of the Global Marketing Bulletins through the Global Marketing Website (GMW); create and update.
Submit all legal Trademark Search Requests through Anaqua and track key Copy milestone dates; liaise with the Legal and Editorial Departments to track copy submissions and approvals.
Manage all Artwork submissions through Team Center and track key Artwork milestone dates.
Manage and cascade monthly Mix of Business reports for Fragrance category.
Attend bi-weekly PPD Meetings; weekly Editorial meetings; weekly Artwork Review meetings.
Execute monthly trend reports tracking key new product launches/campaigns, emergent beauty trends.
Execute ad hoc competitive deep dives and category reviews based on key Fragrance new product launches and strategic subcategories.
Support brand overall as Global launch recap lead: track Fragrance recaps to be completed, organize in one location, follow up with Global and Regional partners to ensure timely completion.
Partner with cross functional groups to bring new programs to market.
Work in synergy with Consumer Marketing, Education and Public Relations teams to create awareness and engagement driving tactics for new launches and re-promote programs, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
Collaborate with Global Business Planning to develop and finalize marketing forecast estimates.
Liaise with Cost Accounting to accurately project and maintain COGs from target costs to final costs.
Support the COG analysis, pricing, and SKU management for managed categories.
Be aware and work towards all timetables and cost objectives, including new products, seasonal programs, and support collateral.
Monitor activity of TFB competitive sets including launches and 360 support.
Prepare subcategory reviews and perform ad hoc analysis upon request.
MEETINGS AND PRESENTATIONS
Help prepare presentations for various Senior Management meetings, Innovation, Strategy, Global Meetings, Regional Roundtables, etc.
2 years of Global Marketing experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, project/category management.
Self-Starter, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle a broad range of projects.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment and be highly flexible.
Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to personally set priorities and motivate others.
Knowledge of the functions of product development, packaging design, advertising, and sales.
Appreciation that Licensor (Tom Ford) is the brand voice/creator, ability to execute Licensor's vision.
Ability to work on a small but fast-growing business in lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Previous global and/or applied marketing experience required.
Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury industry a plus.
Experience in luxury and or fashion a plus.
Experience with Global Marketing or international cultural exposure a plus.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and capable of learning additional corporate systems.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
