We are partnering with an exciting and growing programs focused insurance organization.
In this role you would :
- Contract negotiation and drafting - NDAs, vendor agreements and general contracts with (re)insurance companies
- Support relevnt legal & compliance filings
- Partner with the Head of Claims on coverage analysis and providing legal advice on litigation strategy
As an ideal candidate for this role you should:
- Have a JD
- Have strong transactional experience either in house at an insurer or at a law firm
- Have experience handling reinsurance contracts OR MGA/MGU contracts
- Be able to work on a hybrid basis from NYC
