Our client is looking to bring someone on for a short term capacity to enter payroll data into their system. This role will follow through to the end of July, they are hiring immediately ! Perfect for entry level payroll job seekers to spend some of their summer time !
Responsibilities:
Collect and verify employee payroll data, including work hours and timesheets.
Enter payroll information accurately into the system.
Issue deductions, earnings statements, and other relevant documents to employees.
Update payroll records regularly.
Resolve any discrepancies and address employee queries related to payroll.
Process and issue W-2 forms to employees.
Qualifications:
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry and excel
Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
