**NOTE: You must be local to one of these areas: Charlotte, Rock Hill, or Fort Mill.
Where You'll BeTo prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do- Support our planning process, including strategic alignment, annual forecasting, and resource allocation
- Maintain rolling monthly and annual forecasts
- Conduct regular financial reviews in partnership with Business Leaders: gather, consolidate, and analyze results; prepare internal and external reporting deliverables; analyze trends & drivers; understand forecast vs. actual variances
- Conduct analysis to determine the strategic and financial impact of critical business decisions and help scope new growth opportunities (e.g. our expansion into Business Development)
- Build robust reporting and analytics tools on financial performance to arm all business leaders to make the best possible decisions; this includes ownership of the customer value models
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- A demonstrated track record of success academically or in prior internships, with experience proactively taking ownership of important projects
- Intellectual curiosity with a desire to work with large data sets and compelling business challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated
- Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $54,000 - $78,000
