Director Of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key member of the Finance team. The Director of FP&A will have a passion for financial analysis and partnering with business leaders to generate insights and recommendations necessary to drive substantial operational and financial impact. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for leading change related to Biltmore's forecasting and annual planning process.

The Director of FP&A will be responsible for partnering with leaders across Biltmore, leading a team of two direct reports, and obtaining a comprehensive understanding of all key business drivers in order to provide strategic insights necessary to continuously improve strategic decisions and business performance.
