About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 12
The Team:
Platform solutions include post-trade securities and corporate actions processing solutions providing single platform trade flow management and custody and investment accounting solution across business line and geographies. Also, providing end-to-end automation of corporate actions and income processing, from announcement capture and validation, to complete downstream processing. Other supporting solutions include web-based self-service window that enables front-office, middle-office and end-customer users to seamlessly interact with their post-trade environment.
A self-service business analytics application sitting on top of these, that enables operations to seamlessly interact with data.
Understanding client’s requirements and providing most optimal solutions and product consultancy to the clients, for them to go-live on our products in time, getting maximum benefit from our products, is at the core of the team’s values.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Actively contribute to client engagements for business process mapping and requirement workshops. Work with the client to define the most optimal future state operational process and related product configuration.
Functions as a liaison to Business and IT internally and externally in order to communicate a clear understanding of the business requirements and solution.
Elaborate and deliver clearly defined requirement documents without subsequent change requests. Work closely with product design & development team to analyse and design functional enhancements.
Provide remote / onsite product consultancy and assist the client with acceptance criteria gathering, product consultancy and support throughout the project life-cycle
Ability to take ownership of a client from project initiation to go live, through business process mapping, requirements analysis, UAT, go live support.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $91,000 to $160,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Holds at least a bachelor’s degree (B.E / MCA / Degree in Finance/ MBA etc.)
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Post trade securities including Trade flow, Trade participants and intermediaries and Corporate action processes including complete CA life cycle, preferably gained through a professional services / implementation role
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
Experience of industry standard interfaces e.g. ISO 20022, MT 56X and MT54X messages
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Ownership – Proactivity and initiative ownership
Comfortable with ambiguity – The ability to begin to explore and solve complex problems even when the problem and solution are not always well defined
Problem Solving and Analytical abilities – be able to provide solutions maintaining the integrity of the products
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills – be able to relate with co-workers and clients
