The Associate Director, Audience Development will shepherd organizational innovation to develop a much broader audience. This position will continually strive to reach new audiences and use data-driven decision making to drive success. The incumbent will coordinate cross-departmental resources in this work on a day-to-day basis, will plan and execute campaigns designed to achieve audience goals. The Associate Director has supervisory responsibility for the work of the Engagement Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans for audience retention strategies, using resources of direct mail, email, social media to enable conversations by phone, online, and in person that advance individuals along their donor journey.

Pay Range: $73,305 - $122,730 based on total years of prior related experience
