Our Louisville office oversees a robust portfolio with nearly $3 million of in-force life insurance premium, covering the city and its surrounding areas. We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Individual to lead a passionate team of representatives in Louisville. The ideal candidate is a leader who is rooted in the life insurance industry and thrives in a dynamic, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage and build a staff of multiple representatives, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Drive recruitment efforts to hire top talent, cultivating a team of dedicated representatives.
- Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing representatives to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ensuring all team members consistently meet and exceed individual and collective goals.
- Collaborate with upper management and other branches to align on strategies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A valid Life and Health Insurance License.
- Proven background in life insurance, with a solid understanding of products and industry trends.
- Previous sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
