Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

About the role:
The team member in this position is responsible for all aspects of donor relations and fundraising initiatives for the Southeastern Kentucky region. The focus of this role is to sustain, develop, and grow mid-level and major gifts in collaboration with the Director of Philanthropy for Individual Giving and the Executive Director of the assigned Regional Office. Counties covered include Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Leslie, Letcher, Morgan, Perry, Wolfe, Whitley, Floyd, Magoffin, and Pike.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in fundraising; Experience in sales, community relations, or marketing may be considered in lieu of fundraising experience.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to handle various situations with calmness and stability.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Knowledge of data systems and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in confidential matters.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend events.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order, that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, with personal auto liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000 in bodily injury coverage.
• Team members will be expected to comply with Bluegrass Care Navigators (BCN) Employee Health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies.
